If you've got three or more years of childcare experience, reliable transportation, and can flexibly work weekday afternoons and evenings, you're exactly who we want on our team. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule of 10-24 hours per week, with options like Monday-Friday, 2-6 pm or 4-8 pm, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with families.

We offer competitive pay of $20-$25+/hr based on experience, with weekly direct deposits and mileage reimbursement for child transportation. Responsibilities:

• Pick up children from school promptly and ensure their safe transportation home.
• Assist with homework, providing guidance and encouragement to foster learning and confidence.
• Prepare and serve nutritious snacks and meals, catering to any dietary needs or preferences.
• Engage children in creative and educational activities, promoting their development and curiosity.
• Maintain open communication with parents, providing updates on children's progress and daily activities.
• Ensure a clean and organized environment, teaching children the importance of tidiness and responsibility.
• Plan and supervise playtime, encouraging physical activity and social interaction among children and peers.

Qualifications:

• Experience in childcare or a related field for at least three years .
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring children's safety and well-being.
• Proven track record of fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both children and parents.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for school pickups and activity transport .
• Flexibility to work weekday afternoons and evenings, adapting to family schedules.
• Ability to prepare nutritious snacks and meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
