Job Details:

Corporate Paralegal
80-120k, Hybrid.

Liberty Personnel is partnered with a growing Investment Firm seeking to add a Corporate Paralegal to their team.

Responsibilities:

Support legal matters related to finance transactions, investments, and corporate activities.
Prepare, review, organize, and track NDAs and other legal agreements.
Maintain accurate records and tracking of legal documents, contracts, and transaction materials.
Assist attorneys with transaction management, due diligence, and document organization.
Coordinate with internal business teams, outside counsel, and other third parties as needed.
Help manage deadlines, signatures, approvals, and other legal processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
Paralegal Certificate and Notary a plus.
3+ years of corporate or transactional paralegal experience, preferably within an investment, financial services, or law firm environment.
Experience supporting finance transactions and reviewing or managing NDAs is required.
