Hiring: Engineering Technical Writer – Medical Device
\nLocation: North Haven, CT (Preferred) | Lafayette, CO | Mounds View, MN

\n \nKey Skills Required:
\n5–10 years of experience in Technical Writing, preferably in the Medical Device industry.
\nStrong written/verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
\nExperience with medical device labeling and Instructions for Use (IFU) documentation.
\nProficiency with authoring tools such as Adobe InDesign, FrameMaker, and XML tools.
\nKnowledge of regulatory compliance, quality management systems, CAPA, and Engineering Change Orders (ECO).
\nExperience coordinating translations, reviewing labeling proofs, and supporting product launches.
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\nDevelop and update medical device labeling and IFU documentation.
\nCoordinate document approvals, translations, and labeling deliverables.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and support product launches.
\n \nImportant: Candidates must be able to work onsite 4 days per week. North Haven, CT, is the preferred location, but candidates in Lafayette, CO, and Mounds View, MN, will also be considered.
