Insight Global is seeking a qualified Remote Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in support of one of our large healthcare clients. This candidate will be a part of the Salesforce support and enhancement team responsible for maintaining critical Salesforce platforms and ensuring business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions. Their day-to-day responsibilities will include gathering and documenting requirements, creating user stories, updating Confluence documentation, validating solutions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating directly with stakeholders and development teams. A qualified candidate will have extensive BSA experience, strong Salesforce platform knowledge, and a demonstrated ability to independently drive requirements and problem-solving efforts.

• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements

• Take high-level requests and translate them into detailed business requirements and user stories

• Ensure work is thoroughly documented and ready for development teams

• Create and maintain documentation within Confluence

• Document Salesforce functionality, business processes, and feature requirements

• Validate solutions and perform testing activities

• Troubleshoot issues and work directly with stakeholders to identify root causes

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle

Compensation: $45/hr-$55/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

• 3-5+ years of Business Systems Analyst (BSA) experience

• Strong Salesforce platform experience

• Proven experience working directly within Salesforce environments

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
