To support the Caesars account, the contract Salesforce Administrator will manage hands-on configuration and administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, focusing on object administration, Flow automation, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Own day-to-day administration of custom and standard objects, including configuration of approval processes and business process automation using Flow Configure and maintain Sales Cloud and Service Cloud components, such as lead management, case management, and Omni-Channel routing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable backlog items and support production troubleshooting Required qualifications 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including support for Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Strong knowledge of data models, including objects, fields, record types, and relationships Proven experience in building and maintaining Flow automation and approval processes Practical experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations, including lead and case management Ability to work core hours aligned to Pacific Time, including occasional after-hours support
