Job Description

Part-Time Virtual Assistant Remote | 5–10 hours per week | $25–$30/hour

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help with day-to-day admin for my recruiting business. The hours should generally be manageable, with some weeks busier than others—especially when a LinkedIn post takes off. You’d help with: Keeping up with LinkedIn messages and other inbound inquiries

Reviewing candidate applications and inbound profiles

Tracking follow-ups and helping me stay on top of loose ends

Pitching in on occasional social media, content, or other small projects

I’m looking for someone trustworthy, organized, and proactive—someone who can follow clear direction, use good judgment, and help me figure out the next step when needed. Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
